Although the obtained log Pow is out of the applicability range of the HPLC method, the study was performed following the adoptions indicated the OECD 117 guideline, using a modified mobile phase and applicable standards. These adoptions allow the HPLC method for log Pow values in the range between 6 and 10. Therefore the test performed should be considered as a reliable study.
