Administrative data
First-aid measures
- General information: remove soiled or soaked clothing immediately
- Following inhalation: Ensure supply of fresh air.
- Following skin contact: Immediately and thoroughly, wash off with soap and water. Consult a doctor if skin irritation persists.
- Following eye contact: Immediately rinse troroughly with plenty of water. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
- Following ingestion: Thoroughly cleas the mouth with water. Seek medical advice if symtoms occur.
Fire-fighting measures
- Suitable extinguishing media: foam, carbon dioxide, dry powder, water spray.
- Unsuitable extinguishing media: high volume water jet
- Special hazards arising from the substance: In the event of fire the following can be released: carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides (NOx)
- Advice for fire fighter: As in any fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus pressure-demand, (MSHA/NIOSH approved or equivalent) and full protective gear.
Accidental release measures
- Personal precautions: Use personal protective equipment.
- Environmental precautions: Do not allow to enter drains or waterways. Do not discharge into the subsoil/soil.
- Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Take up with absorbent material (e.g. sand, kieselguhr, universal binder).
Handling and storage
- Precautions for safe handling: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Ensure adequate ventilation. Avoid the formation and deposition of dust.
- Conditions for safe storage: Keep only in unopened original container. For further information, refer to the product technical data sheet. Recommended storage temperature: < 24 °C.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Occupational Exposure Limits: Observe national threshold limit values.
Biological Limit Values: Observe national threshold limit values.
Eye/face protection: Safety glasses.
Hand protection: PVC gloves.
Respiratory Protection: In case of formation of vapour/dusts: short term filter apparatus, Filter P2.
Hygiene measures: Do not eat, drink or smoke when working. Wash hands before breaks and immediately after handling the product.
Stability and reactivity
Reactivity: see section "Possibility of hazardous reactions".
Chemical stability: stable under normal conditions.
Possibility of hazardous reactions: No hazardous reactions with proper storage and handling. Accumulation of fine dust may entail the riak of a dust explosion in the presence of air.
Conditions to avoid: not specified
Incompatible materials: not specified
Hazardous decomposition products: No hazardous reactions with proper storage and handling.
Disposal considerations
Dispose of in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Product disposal and disposal requirements: In accordance with local authority regulations, take to special waste incineration plant.
Contaminated packaging: If empty contaminated containers are recycled or disposed of, the receiver must be informed about possible hazards.
