Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
In case of skin contact: Immediately wash the contaminated area with large amounts of water. Take off contaminated clothing and rinse contaminated skin with plenty of soap and water. Contact a doctor in case of trouble.
In case of eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if victim is wearing them and if they can be easily removed. Continue to rinse. Contact a doctor.
Ingestion: Rinse mouth, Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor
Fire-fighting measures
Unsuitable extinguishing media: None
Accidental release measures
Emergency procedures: Keep away from sources of ignition, ventilate, prevent access to unauthorized persons
Containment method: installation of a protective enclosure, covering of sewers.
Methods for cleaning up: Carefully collect the product by suction and / or sweeping. Avoid dust formation. Collect product in appropriately labeled containers for later disposal (see section 13). Wash the non-recoverable residue with water and then rinse the floor with water. Collect all the effluents for later disposal
Unsuitable methods of containment and cleaning up: Do not use metallic container
Handling and storage
- Handling under hood, laminar flow, extractor
- Containment in closed container
General advice on occupational hygiene:
- Do not eat, drink and smoke in work areas
- Wash your hands after every use
- Remove contaminated clothing and protective equipment before entering a food court
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Keep in a well ventilated room, well closed packaging protected from light and heat. The substance can be packaged in a double plastic bag with desiccant bags between the bags, all placed in a rigid plastic container
