The oxidizing properties of test substance were examined.
The procedure was performed according to the Method A.17 Oxidizing properties (Solids).
Based on results obtained from train test, it is obvious that none of the test substance mixtures with cellulose burned all distance of 200 mm of the pile. Thus, test substance, shouldn´t be considered as a substance with oxidizing properties.

Preliminary Test
The mixture of the test substance with cellulose could not be ignited by touching with the flame; test substance mixture only glowed in the place of the gas burner effect. The smoke released. Because of no violent reaction, it was not possible to consider the test substance as an oxidant and the train test was performed according to a defined procedure.

None of the test substance mixtures with cellulose burned all distance of 200 mm of the pile. Thus, test substance, shouldn´t be considered as a substance with oxidizing properties, according to the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
