Results and discussion

Any other information on results incl. tables

The product is not ignitable in the Hartmann tube with the spark ignition and not with the filament ignition. The experiment in the closed apparatus (20 L ball) on dust explosion capability was not performed. Therefore, the product is classified as a hard flammable dust with a minimum ignition energy of > 10 J.
Electrostatic charges can be excluded with such a high minimum ignition energy as ignition source.
Potential ignition sources with a minimum ignition energy of > 10 J are only strong sources of ignition such as hot running bearings, fires, spontaneous combustion, etc.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The test object was ignitable in the Hartmann tube neither with spark nor with filament ignition.
Executive summary:

The test for dust explosion capability of the product is tested in the Hartmann tube according to VDI 2263, sheet 1.

The test object was ignitable in the Hartmann tube neither with spark nor with filament ignition.
