- Executive summary:
The study of determination of oxidizing properties of solids was performed according to method A.17 Oxidizing properties for solids, following the principles of GLP. No vigorous reaction was observed in the preliminary test. The main test was performed with the reference substance and at least once with each one of the range of mixtures of the test substance with cellulose (from 10 % to 90 % of cellulose content). The maximal burning rate of the reference mixture pile was 1.92 whereas only in one case the mixture of the test item and cellulose burnt completely and the burning time was much longer than for the reference mixture. Based on this, the burning rate of the train for the test item is much slower than for the reference mixture of cellulose and barium nitrate, concluding that the tested material has not oxidizing properties.

In this determination only in one case the mixture of the test item and cellulose burnt completely but the burning time was much longer than for the reference mixture. Based on this, the burning rate of the train for the test item is much slower than for the reference mixture. Choosing of three mixtures giving the fastest burning rate is impossible. Hence, the repetition next fifth times is unfounded. One test for each mixture was carried out what was described in Table 3. According the results, the test item does not have the oxidizing criteria.

Based on the available information, the tested material is not classified as oxidising solid according to CLP Regulation (EC) no.1272/2008.
