Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The test substance (TOTM, an analogue substance through read-across) did not induce acute immobilisation of Daphnia magna at nominal concentrations of 17.1 mg/L, 30.9 mg/L, 55.6 mg/L, 100.0 mg/L, and 180.0 mg/L after 48 h of exposure.  The 48-h NOEC, 48-h LOEC and 48-hr EC50 were each reported as ≥ 180.0 mg/L.
