- Exp. 1: All subjects tolerated the washed patches without any skin reaction.
Exp. 2: Neither was a case of a skin reaction seen, nor did the children complain any unpleasant skin sensations.

These experiments lead to the conclusion, that amounts of Zeolite A leaving on clothes do not pose a risk for skin irritation for consumers even for the sensitive skin of children. As a calculation of the amount of sodium aluminium silicate (Zeolite A) to be found as residue on textile the value must be theoretically lower than the reported 25000 ppm, therefore these results cannot be used for exposure estimation.
