Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information
Due to the very low water solubility of the substance (<1 microgram/L), aquatic ecotoxicity testing, and thus PNEC derivations, were based on Water Accommodated Fractions (WAFs) of nominal concentrations of the substance. The derived aqua PNECs are greater than the water solubility for the substance and, hence, indicate that the substance should not represent a hazard to the aquatic pelagic environment.
Please note: One member of this SIEF has stated that they have two vertebrate studies (OECD 203 and OECD 423) for this substance. However, despite repeated requests for this information, the studies were not provided and the SIEF was frozen on 14th May 2010.
Conclusion on classification
All the available data for the substance have shown no evidence of hazardous properties, including to the environment. Consequently, and in accordance with Council Directive 67/548/EEC (DSD) and EC Regulation 1272/2008 (CLP), the substance requires no classification.
