Conclusion on classification

Fish and invertebrate toxicity studies are available with the read across substance, TMP(EO)TA and an algae toxicity study is available with the test substance. Out of these studies, fish was identified to be the most sensitive species with 96 h LC50 value higher than 1 mg/L (i.e., 96 h LC50 = 1.95 mg/L (mean measured concentrations). Furthermore, the substance is readily biodegradable with 65% degradation after 28 days and not bioaccumulative (BCF: 47.7 L/kg). Based on this data, the test substance does not require classification for environmental effects according to CLP (EC 1271/2008) criteria.
