Conclusions:
From the structural formulae of the constituents of Maceal, it can be concluded that the substance is not an oxidising substance. The constituents of the substance do not have the functional groups associated with oxidising properties. The oxgen present in the molecules is linked to carbon atoms only.
Therefore it can be concluded beyond reasonable doubt that Maceal is incapable of causing fire or enchance the risk of fire when in contact with combustible material. As such no further testing is required.
