Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Hydrolytically stable
Executive summary:

The hydrolysis of R7623 Technical (components R7623 and H6573separately) as a function of pH was determined. At pH 4, 7 and 9, no significant hydrolysis was observed during a 5 day test at approximately 50 ºC. Hence, it was concluded that R7623 Technical is hydrolytically stable under the conditions tested.
