Description of key information

Hydroxypropyl methacrylate was readily biodegradable in an OECD 301 C (MITI I-Test) and in an OECD 301 E (Modified OECD Screening test). 


Biodegradation studies in sediment and sediment and soil are not available and not required due to readily biodegradability in the screening tests.

Additional information

The test substance is readily biodegradable based on OECD guidelines.
