Description of key information

The Koc value of 1717.21 L/kg for the read across substance amides, C18-unsatd., N,N-bis(hydroxyethyl) indicates a high potential for adsorption to sediment. However the substance is readily biodegradable and has a low BCF value and therefore the substance has a low potential for exposure to sediment organisms. On this basis, it is assumed that HE Rape Oil, reaction product with diethanolamine will have a low potential for exposure to sediment organisms also.
