Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If breathing has stopped, give
artificial respiration and consult a physician.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Immediately flush the eye with plenty of water for at leat
15-20 minutes until no evidence of chemical remains.
Immediate medical attention is required.
Emergency measure - Skin: Immediately flush the skin with large quantities of water
until there is no evidence of the chemical of the affected
area.
Contaminated clothing should be washed before re-use.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: If person is concious and able to swallow, have them drink a
large volume of water and milk and induce vomitting.
Immediate medical attention is required. Never administer
anything by mouth if a victim is losing consciousness, is
unconscious or is convulsing.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Water spray, carbon dioxide, dry chemical or chemical foam.
Product arising from burning: COx, NOx, HCl
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Wear full protective clothing and self-contained breathing
apparatus. Remain upwind.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Land spill: contain spill. Use personal protective equipment
to prevent contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid
routing to water bodies or streams. Take up with absorbent
material and place in containers for disposal.
Water spill: contain spill. Prevent contact with eyes.
Prevent flow to water supplies. Isolate and take up for
disposal.
Handling and storage
Handling: Wear personal protective equipment to prevent contact with
eyes and skin and to prevent inhalation. Mist type
respirator if exposed to mists. Rubber gloves. Safety
glasses or chemical goggles. Eyewash and safety shower
readily available in the immediate area. Remove and wash all
contaminated clothing before reuse. Thorougly wash the
affected area with water. Do not eat and drink while
handling. Wash thoroughly after handling.
Storage: Storage at ambient temperatures and pressures. Best if
stored in plastic or glass. May slightly corrode some grades
of stainless steel. Do not expose to high temperatures.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Small quantities (max 2 liter) in glass or (High)
polyethylene, polypropylene bottles. Packing higher volumes
polyethylene-lined steel drums, High-density polyethylene or
High-density polypropylene drums.
