Conclusions:
The autoignition temperature of Thermal cracking oil from blends of rubber, fuel oils and paraffin waxes, steam distillation condensate was determined to be 272°C.
Executive summary:

The autoignition temperature of Thermal cracking oil from blends of rubber, fuel oils and paraffin waxes, steam distillation condensate was tested according to the procedure described in EU Regulation (EC) 440/2008, Annex Part A test A.15. A sample of the substance was inserted into a uniformly heated 500 ml glass flask containing air at a predetermined temperature. The contents of the flask were observed in a dark environment for 10 minutes or until autoignition occured. The lowest temperature at which a hot flame was observed and recorded as the autoignition temperature. The autoignition temperature was determined to be 272°C.

Description of key information

Thermal cracking oil from blends of rubber, fuel oils and paraffin waxes, steam distillation condensate was determined to have an autoignition point of 272°C at 100 kPa. The test was conducted in accordance with the procedures described in EU Regulation (EC) 440/2008, Annex Part A test A.15.
