In a global manner, the melting endotherm of the test item is characterized by the presence of at least three peeks of crystalline populations. The analysis performed allow to validate the values of Tei (initial extrapoled temperature = -8.62 °C) for the first phenomenon and the global melting interval Toi (initial onset temperature = -9.55°C) to Tof (final onset temperature= 21.95 °C)
