Administrative data
First-aid measures
1. DESCRIPTION OF FIRST AID MEASURES
General advice: Move out of dangerous area. Consult a physician. Show this safety data sheet to the doctor in attendance.
If inhaled: If breathed in, move person into fresh air. Remove from exposure, lie down. If symptoms persist, call a physician.
In case of skin contact: Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water. Call a physician immediately.
In case of eye contact: Protect unharmed eye. Remove contact lenses. Immediately flush eye(s) with plenty of water. Keep eye wide open while rinsing. Call a physician immediately.
If swallowed: Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water. Do NOT induce vomiting. Do not give milk or alcoholic beverages. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If a person vomits when lying on his back, place him in the recovery position. If symptoms persist, call a physician.

Fire-fighting measures
1. EXTINGUISHING MEDIA

Further information: Standard procedure for chemical fires. Use water spray to cool unopened containers. Collect contaminated fire extinguishing water separately. This must not be discharged into drains. Fire residues and contaminated fire extinguishing water must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

Soak up with inert absorbent material (e.g. sand, silica gel, acid binder, universal binder, sawdust). Use mechanical handling equipment. Keep in suitable, closed containers for disposal.

Advice on protection against fire and explosion: Avoid formation of aerosol. Keep away from sources of igni-tion - No smoking. Take measures to prevent the build up of electrostatic charge.
Hygiene measures: Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of work-day.

Requirements for storage areas and containers: No smoking. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place.
