Description of key information
No testing data available. AAA reaction product is a complex mixture of organic acids (trimellitic acid and tetrahydrophthalic acid) and diethanolamine, and dimeric, trimeric and oligomeric reaction products of these monomers. Thus AAA reaction product consists of a mixture of organic acids, alcohols, esters, secondary amines and substituted amides, none of these components contain groups that may cause an exothermic reaction. In fact, when heated AAA reaction product will polymerise, which is an endothermic reaction. Examination of the structural formula indicates that AAA reaction product is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materia and further, none of the components of AAA reaction product contain reactive groups that have explosive charateristics.
