Conclusions:
The substance is of extremely low volatility at room temperature.
Executive summary:

The substance is of extremely low volatility at room temperature.

Description of key information

The vapour pressure of the substance 4,4'-Oxydianiline was determined according to the OECD Guideline 104, under GLP conditions.

Based on the simplified Clausius-Clapeyron equation a regression line was fitted on the measured data and the vapour pressure was extrapolated for 20 and 25 °C:

20 °C 0.09 kPa

25 °C 0.13 kPa

On the basis of these results, the volatility of the test item is considered extremely low at room temperature

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0.09 kPa
at the temperature of:
20 °C
