Description of key information

Biodegradation: In a 28-day modified MITI test, the substance showed to be not readily biodegradable (1 to 4% biodegradation after 28 days). No inhibition of microbial activity was observed.

Additional information

Although only limited biodegradation was observed, further simulation testing was not undertaken as it is considered not to change the current conclusion on biodegradation.

Although the (environmental) conditions and population of micro-organisms in soil are different, no significant biodegradation in this compartment is expected either.
