Acute Toxicity: dermal
Administrative data
- Endpoint:
- acute toxicity: dermal
- Type of information:
- other: Conclusion of WoE summary report
- Adequacy of study:
- key study
- Reliability:
- 2 (reliable with restrictions)
- Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
- other: see 'Remark'
- Remarks:
- There are various supporting studies available that depict the LD50 value to be well over the range (2000 mg/Kg body weight). Some values have also be taken from structurally similar substances which too prove that 4-(2,6,6-trimethylcyclohex-1-ene-1-yl)-but-3-ene-2-one shall not exhibit acute dermal toxicity.
