Additional information

Due to its rapid degradation , the substance phosphorous acid, tri-C12-C14-alkyl esters (24h-48H) is not expected to be persistent and exert toxicity, as indicated by the aquatic toxicity tests conducted. Furthermore, as the substance is not classified for the environment, no environmental exposure assessment has been performed and no need to consider the terrestrial compartment has been identified. As a conclusion, it appears not relevant to investigate the toxicity to soil organisms, and no testing proposal has been made.
