Additional information

According to Industry statement, EPTAC does not have groups which would accelerate the burning rate of a combustible substance. Therefore the study (EC-guideline A.17.) was not performed.

Information available are not sufficient for classification according to CLP Regulation. However the substance is placed on the market as aqueous solutions, so oxidising properties seems unlikely.

Justification for classification or non-classification

As testing according to EC A17 method was judged unnecessary, the substance is considered as not classified for oxidising properties according to Directive 67/548/EEC (DSD) criteria.

Data are insufficient, and therefore inconclusive, according to Regulation (EC) No1272/2008 (CLP) criteria.
