Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Executive summary:
An acute inhalation study using rats exposed to the nominal concentrations of 2.18, 4.26, and 5.59 mg/l caused red nasal discharge at even the lowest dose. The animals also showed signs of shortness of breath, reduced activity, and vasodilitation. Fifty percent of the animals exposed to the 4.26 mg/l level died showing similar symptoms.
