First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse with water, seek medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash immediately with soap and water
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek medical attention In all cases, remove contaminated
clothing immediately.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Combustion products may contain carbon and nitrogen oxides
together with some soot. Suitable extinguishing agents are
water, foam, carbon dioxide and dry powder. Use a
self-contained breathing apparatus.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Collect spilt material dry. Store in labelled drums for
disposal by incineration. Goggles, gloves and a dust mask
should be worn.

Handling and storage

Handling: Wear suitable goggles, gloves and protective clothing.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid dust formation and
collection in the work area, use dust extraction and vacuum
cleaning equipment.

Storage: Store in a dry well ventilated place

This substance is handled under Strictly Controlled Conditions in accordance with the ECHA REACH Guidance on Intermediates and the guidance for industry on SCC. Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The substance may be recovered for reuse by
recrystallisation

Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: Neutralisation of the hazardous effects is not possible.

prevent seepage) is possible
