- Cytotoxicité : La cytotoxicité du TiO2 a été déterminée par un essai de formation de colonies. 3 x 10^5 cellules ont été étalées dans une boîte de 60 mm et incubées pendant la nuit. Les cellules ont été traitées avec différentes concentrations de TiO2 pendant 24 heures. Après le traitement, la capacité de formation de colonies a été déterminée en replaquant 200 cellules par boîte en triple. L'expérience a été répétée 3 fois.
