- The substance is unstable in the atmosphere and testing would record the results of the key degradation products. These are titanium oxide with ethylene glycol and 2-propanol and triisoproanolamine. The organic products will not spontaneously combust at normal use and storage temperatures. Thermogravimetric analysis showed rapid loss at approximately 360 °C, with slower loss of weight from about 200 C showing probable degradation. DSC analysis did not show any major event up to 220 C.
