Under the conditions of this acute daphnia test an EC50 of 0.16 mg/L (95% CI: 0.12 - 0.2 mg/L) was determined for the test item.

The acute toxicity of the test substance to Daphnia magna was determined in a 48-hour static test conducted equivalent to OECD guideline 202. The daphnids were exposed to the following nominal test item concentrations: 0, 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25, 0.625, 0.312, 0.156, 0.078, 0.039 and 0.019 mg/L. Under the conditions of this test, an EC50 of 0.16 mg/L (95% CI: 0.12 - 0.2 mg/L) was determined.
