Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The test item melts in the range from 130 to 148°C at atmospheric pressure.
Executive summary:

The melting point of the test item was investigated in a study conducted according OECD Guideline 102 (Melting point / Melting Range; 1995) and EU Method A.1 (Melting / Freezing Temperature; 2008) using DSC and capillary measurements. Based on DSC measurements, a melting point was determined in the range from 130 to 132°C at atmospheric pressure. To confirm the results obtained by DSC measurements additional measurements were performed using the capillary method. At a temperature of about 148°C the test item was completely molten. Taking into account the DSC and capillary measurements, the test item has a melting range from 130 to 148°C at atmospheric pressure.
