Additional information

The substance is a slight yellow fluorescent powder at 1013 hPa and 20 °C.

Between 40 and 200 °C, there is an endothermic event, followed by a second endothermic event between 274 and 448 °C. After the second endothermic event, the substance begins to degrade at 448 °C; Therefore, boiling points are not recorded.

The relative density was determined by means of a pycnometer and recorded at 1.574 at 20 °C.

The particle size distribution of the test item was analyzed using the Mastersizer 2000 tool and the MMD resulted was 12.463 µm.

The substance is very soluble and the logKow value was calculated as -1.0685 (average Pow: 0.0860), showing affinity to water solvent.

Properties like vapour pressure, surface tension and flash point can be neglected.

The substance is not expected to be auto-flammable, flammable, explosive and it is deemed to be potentially not oxidising based on the chemical structure, the oxygen balance values, the thermal behaviour and the known experience in handling and use.
