Observations

The mass of sample weighed was 10.42 mg. The sample was placed in a Knudsen effusion cell with an aperture size of A = 280 micrometer. Then, the cell was placed in the apparatus.

Temperature steps at 81, 85 and then 96°C were made. After the test, a clear yellow limpid liquid was observed in the cell.

Vapour pressure results

The vapour pressure of the test item was calculated by the "Knudsen software". The calculation results are summarized in the following table.

Test temperature

t (°C)

Test temperature

T (K)

1/T (K-1)   Experimental vapour pressure P (Pa)  Log P (Pa)  Knudsen effusion cell size (micrometer)
 81 354.15   2.82E-3 6.3871E-3   -2.195  280
 85 385.15   2.79E-3  8.8970E-3  -2.051  280
 96  369.15  2.71E-3  2.2782E-2  -1.642  280
Conclusions:
The vapour pressure of LCA10002 extrapolated at 25°C is 1.7E-5 Pa.
Executive summary:

The vapour pressure of LCA10002 extrapolated at 25°C is 1.7E-5 Pa.
