Additional information

Daphnia magna STRAUS were exposed to a limit test concentration of 100 mg/L (nominal) of the test substance in water. Observations were made on the mobility behaviour after 24 and 48 hours of exposure. No immobility was observed at either 24 h or 48 h.

The test results are expressed in terms of nominal concentrations at 24 hours and in terms of the mean measured concentration at 48 hours. Measured concentrations were determined to be 109.9 % of nominal at 0 and 48 h, respectively.

The EC50 for Reactive Olive F00 -0149 in Daphnia magna STRAUS at 24 and 48 hours is >100 mg/L, and the EC0 is >=100 mg/L.
