Results and discussion

Preliminary study:
no data
Test performance:
no data
% Degradationopen allclose all
Parameter:
% degradation (CO2 evolution)
Value:
66
Sampling time:
28 d
Remarks on result:
other: concentration 10mg/l
Parameter:
% degradation (CO2 evolution)
Value:
37.9
Sampling time:
28 d
Remarks on result:
other: concentration 20 mg/l
Details on results:
The substance was tested at two concentrations: the lower 10 mg/l was giving the result >60% yield of CO2 production, but this level was not reached within 10 days time window.
The higher concentration 20 mg/l was giving the lower biodegradation levels as reported above.
Although a substantial biodegradation was recorded after 28 days of incubation, the substance appeared to be not readily biodegradable in this test.
