Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Eye Contact: Flush eyes immediately with large amounts of water for at least fifteen minutes. Get medical attention.
Skin Contact: Wash skin with soap and water. Remove severely contaminated cloths and clean before reuse. Seek medical attention if symptoms develop.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If coughing, shortness of breath or other breathing problems occur, move to fresh air. Get medical attention if symptoms persist.
Ingestion: If conscious, give several glasses of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Do not induce vomiting. Get immediate medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Extinguishing Media: Carbon dioxide, dry chemical or foam recommended. Apply water spray to exposed closed containers. Do not use straight water in order to prevent spreading fine dust.
Special Fire-fighting Procedures: Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and full protective equipment recommended.
Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards: Fire or excessive heat may produce hazardous decomposition products.
General Hazard: Improper handling of any finely divided organic pigment powder may lead to dust cloud formation which may be an explosion hazard.
Accidental release measures
Personal Precautions: Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and respiratory protection.
Environmental Precautions: As a matter of good practice, minimize contamination of sewage water, soil, groundwater, drainage systems, or bodies of water.
Methods for Cleaning Up: Vacuum or sweep up with fog water spray containing small quantity of washing soap carefully and then place in suitable containers in order to prevent dust.
Airborne organic pigment dust may be an explosion hazard. Secure possible sources of ignition and avoid dusting.
Handling and storage
Handling: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not breath dust. Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at machinery and at places where dust can be generated.
Storage: Store in a moderately cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sources of heat. Empty containers may contain product residues and should be handled appropriately.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Engineering Controls: Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at machinery and at places where dust can be generated.
Personal Protection:
Respiratory protection: Use appropriate respirator (approved dust mask).
Hand protection: Protective gloves recommended.
Eye protection: Safety glasses or goggles recommended.
Protective clothing: Wear suitable protective clothing.
Stability and reactivity
Stability and Reactivity: This product is a stable compound under normal conditions.
Hazardous Polymerization: Hazardous polymerization does not occur.
Disposal considerations
The product must be disposed of in accordance with all applicable state and local regulations.
