Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

In a study using the equilibrium method performed according to OECD 106, the substance showed limited, but irreversible adsorption to soil. The logKoc was determined to be 2.06 -2.70.

Additional information

The value used for risk assessment is the average of the 3 values found in the test according to OECD 106. As in two other soil types no adsorption (<10%) was found, the value of 2.5 is expected to represent a worst case for the adsorption characteristics of the substance.

In addition the substance is a UVCB and it cannot be excluded that specific components exhibit a different adsorption/desorption behaviour.
