Executive summary:

The acute inhalation toxicity of methyl 3 -aminocrotonate was determined in male and female rats via single 4-hour head-nose exposure with a technically maximal feasible dust concentration of 23 mg/m3 and a 14 days observation period.

No mortality and clinical signs occurred and therefore, the acute inhalation toxicity was > 23 mg/m3.
