Based on the only one available ecotoxicological data for daphnia, 1-Bromohexane should be classified and labelled as Aquatic Chronic Category 2 according to the EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 since the lowest EC50 value for toxicity is 4.1 mg/L and the substance is not readily biodgradable.
