after 20 min: skin is pale, transparent and without blood
after 24 hours: strong corrosion of skin, weeping, inflamation, necrosis within some days, afterwards perforation of skin which was treated with substance

2. With washing up after 1 min: slight superficial irritant effect, healing with cicatrisation within 4 weeks

after 30 seconds: slight erythema, no additional changes
