Any other information on results incl. tables

The boiling point reference material, 1-butanol, has a recorded boiling range of 117-118 ºC (390 to 391 K). The boiling range of 1-butanol determined at LSR was 116.4 - 118 ºC (389.4 to 391 K).

The barometric pressure at the time of reference determination was 773 mm Hg (103.1 kPa).

Pressure correction (CC) = - 0.6 ºC

Temperature correction (CT) = 0.9 ºC

The barometric pressure at the time of the test: 771 mm Hg (102.8 kPa).

Pressure correction (CC) = -0.5 ºC

Temperature correction (CT) = 0.9 ºC

Correction to boiling point = 0.4 ºC

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The boiling point of CIS-l,3-DICHLOROPROPENE is in the range of 103.8-105.2 ºC (376.8 - 378.2 K) at 101.3 kPa.
Executive summary:

The boiling point of CIS-l,3-DICHLOROPROPENE was determined in duplicate, according to BS2000: Part 123 ('Distillation of petroleum products') and BS Method 4591 ('Method for determination of distillation characteristics'). Duplicate determinations of the boiling point of 1-butanol had previously ensured calibration of instrumentation and methods. Corrected boiling range 103.8-105.2 ºC (376.8 - 378.2 K) at 101.3 kPa.
