Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

No toxicity tests studies with terrestrial arthropods are available for UMA 121. Based on the Chemical Safety Assessment according to Annex I of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 there is no need to conduct further terrestrial studies with arthropods. The available long-term studies with soil macroorganisms, terrestrial plants and soil microorganisms all indicate that the substance is unlikely to cause effects up to a concentration of 1000 mg/kg soil dw. No effects were recorded in each study. Since the selected test organisms cover different routes of exposure (particle-bound substance and soil pore water) in the terrestrial ecosystem an additional study with terrestrial arthropods is not considered to be necessary.
