Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
other: no oxidising properties
Remarks:
Migrated information
Conclusions:
The product has not to be classified as oxidizing solid in Division 5.1 according to the UN-Transport Regulations.
The product has not to be classified as oxidizing solid according to GHS and EC 1272/2008 (CLP-Guideline) Annex 1: 2.14.
Executive summary:

The test item was tested for oxidizing properties by comparison of the burning rates of mixtures of the test item with cellulose in the ratio 4:1 rsp. 1:1 with a reference mixture consisting of potassium bromate : cellulose = 3:7. The burning rate of the mixtures with the test item were significantly higher (469 sec, 574 sec) than that of the reference mixture ( 135 sec)
