Additional information

The effect of test chemical was studied on the daphnia magna. Based on the prediction model the effect on the reproduction was studied for 21 days in flow through system. The outcome of the results determine that the NOEC value is 0.936 mg/L.

Data of the structurally and functionally similar RA outlines the effect of test chemical on the daphnia magna. the study was conducted for 21 days in a semi static conditions. based on the reproduction ability the NOEC and EC50 value was determined to be 0.54 and 0.63 mg/L, respectively.

Based on the CLP criteria the test chemical is aquatic chronic category 2.
