Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Betroffene Person an die frische Luft bringen.
Symptomatische Behandlung; Sofort Arzt aufsuchen.
Bei Atemstillstand künstliche Beatmung anwenden und
Sauerstoff verabreichen.
"ENGLISH"
Bring person concerned to the fresh air. Symptomatic
treatment; seek medical advice immediately. Apply artificial
respiration in the case of cessation of breaking.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Sofort mit großen Mengen Wasser ausspülen. Bei Reizung Arzt
aufsuchen.
"ENGLISH"
Rinse immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical advice
in the case of eye irritation.
Emergency measure - Skin: Mit Wasser und Seife abwaschen. Bei Reizung Arzt aufsuchen.
"ENGLISH"
Wash with water and soap. Seek medical advice, if irritation
occurs.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Symptomatische Behandlung; Sofort Arzt aufsuchen.

Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Kohlendioxid, alkoholbeständiger Schaum, Wassernebel
"ENGLISH"
carbon dioxide, alcohol-steady foam, water fog
Product arising from burning: Kohlenmonoxid, Kohlendioxid.
"ENGLISH"
carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Die übliche Schutzkleidung und umluftunabhängiges
Atemschutzgerät muss getragen werden.
"ENGLISH"
usual protective clothing and respirator independent of the
circulating air
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Verschüttete Lösungen mit inertem Absorbens (Sand, Kieselgur
sammeln. Die Gebinde müssen entsprechend den vom Stoff
ausgehenden Gefahren etikettiert werden. Bei Aufnahme der
Verschüttungen Schutzausrüstung (Schutzbrille,
Lösungsmittelbeständige Schutzhandschuhe und
Schutzkleidung) tragen. Außerdem ist bei unzureichender
Belüftung ein Umluftunabhängiges Atemgerät zu tragen.
Entsorgung durch Verbrennung in zugelassener
Verbrennungsanlage mit Rauchgaswäsche unter Beachtung der
entsprechenden Vorschriften.
"ENGLISH"
Take up buried substance with an inert adsorbent (sand,
silicagur etc.) and collect in a suitable bundle for
disposal. Containers have to be labelled according to all
possible dangers of the substance. Wear personal protective
equipment (eyeglasses, solvent-resistent gloves and
protective clothing) when taking up the substance. In
addition, wear a self-contained respirator in the case of
unsufficient ventilation. Disposal by combustion in an
authorized combustion plant with flue-gas scrubbing
considering the appropriate regulations.
Handling and storage
"ENGLISH"
All working procedures have to be organized in a manner that
the exposure by inhaling the substance and by contact with
the skin is as low as possible. There should by absolutely
no eye contact. By filling-, transfer-, metering and by
sampling procedures closed devices should be used if
possible. By usage in open systems possible vapours/aorosols
should be extracted directly at the point of orign. If a
local exhaust is not possible or insufficient, the entire
working area must be sufficiently ventilated technically. In
the case that technical extraction or ventilation devices
are not possible or insufficient, wear respiratory
protection. To avoid skin contact prooved protective gloves
(e.g.:::) and suitable protective clothing (e.g.:::) should
be worn. A secure eye protection (basket eyeglasses)is also
necessary. Because of the formation of a methanol steam
potential ignition sources should be removed from the
working area. More over that precautionary measures against
static discharges should be taken.
The substance stock at the workplace should be limited on
the necessary crowd for the progress of the work. Provide a
sufficient number of washing facilities in direct vincinity
of the working place. After skin contact clean the
contaminated parts immediately with :::.
gelagert. Substanzreste außerhalb der Gebinde vermeiden.
Zusammenlagerungsverbote beachten (siehe TRGS 514).
"ENGLISH"
Store the substance in tightly closed and unbreakable
containers in a dry, cool and well ventilated room. Avoid
substance rests out of the containers. Be aware that it is
prohibited to store some substances together.

Chemical reaction with water: Keine gefährlichen Reaktionen bekannt.
"ENGLISH"
No dangerous reactions known
"ENGLISH"
The preparation is liquid, therefore a dust explosion is not
possible. Due to the high portion of flammable solvents the
preparation has to be kept away from flames and ignition
sources. Appropriate precautionary measures against static
discharges should be taken.
