Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Seek immediately medical advice.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water.
Then contact a doctor.
Emergency measure - Skin: Clean with water and soap.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Rinse out mouth and then drink plenty of water. Induce
vomiting, if person is consciuous. Seek immediately medical
help.
Fire-fighting measures
conditions.
Product arising from burning: unknown
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Wear self-contained respiratory protective device.
Accidental release measures
Keep unprotected persons away.
For the purpose of taking up and cleaning at a low exposure
level, industrial vacuum cleaners of approved design (at
least dust class H) must be used. Carefully transfer the
spilt material to waste containers which must be tightly
closed and labelled according to TRGS 201.
Dispose of according to local regulations.
Handling and storage
by inhalation of the substance and by skin contact are mini-
mized and eye contact is avoided.
Where possible, use closed or at least dustproof equipment
during filling, metered feeding, and sampling.
In the case of handling the substance in open systems, ex-
tract any dust which forms, directly at the point of origin.
If technical exhaust or ventilation measures are not possi-
ble or not sufficient, respiratory protection must be worn:
Filtering half-mask FFP (P2).
To avoid skin contact, tested protective gloves (e.g. made
of plastic or neoprene) must be worn.
Safe eye protection is required: goggles with lateral pro-
tection.
Adequate washing facilities and conspicuously labelled eye-
douche stations should be provided in the immediate vicini-
ty of the working area.
After contact with the skin, the affected parts of the body
should be thoroughly cleaned instantly using water and soap.
Special skin-protection and skin-care measures are recommen-
ded.
A skin-protection plan should be drawn up.
Do not eat, drink or smoke in the working area.
Outdoor clothes must be kept separate from working clothes.
Storage: Store the substance only in the original receptacles. Keep
them tightly closed and secure them against falling by ta-
king the appropriate measures.
Avoid residues on the outside of the containers.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Packed in plastic bags (10,8 kg). This plastic bags were
filled in a 200 kg steel drum (1A2).
