First-aid measures
- General advice:
take the injured away from the danger zone and lay him down. Immediately remove all clothing soaked or soiled.
- Following inhalation:
take the injured to the open air; seek medical advice if respiratory upset
- Following skin contact:
remove contaminated clothing. Wash with water and soap. Flush it with plenty of water.
- Following eye contact:
Wash carefully and thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water and seek medical advice.
- Following ingestion:
Induce vomiting if patient is conscious, seek medical advice.
- Most important symptoms and effects: Not available.
Fire-fighting measures
- Suitable extinguishing media:
foam, water spray jet
- Unsuitable extinguishing media:
dry powder carbon dioxide
- Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture:
In case of fires, hazardous combustion gases are formed: Carbon monoxide (CO), Nitrous gases (NOx), Sulphur dioxide (SO2)
- Advice for fire fighter: Wear appropriate protective equipment and clothing.
Accidental release measures
- Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures:
Wear appropriate protective equipment and clothing.
- Environmental precautions:
Avoid release to the environment. Dispose of contents/container to a landfill site approved for hazardous waste disposal in accordance with national, provincial and local regulations.
- Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Sweep up and place in a waste disposal container. Flush area with water. Incinerate or bury in a landfill site approved for hazardous waste disposal. In accordance with national, provincial and local regulations.
Handling and storage
- Precautions for safe handling:
Maintain appropriate ventilation in storage- and working place. Avoid dust formation. Ventilate the area. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wear appropriate personal protection. Take measures against electrostatic charges (while loading). Keep away from open fire and sources of ignition.
- Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities: Store in a cool / dry place. Avoid exposure to heat. Keep in original tightly closed packings. Keep content moist. Keep away from open fire and sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Do not use tools that can produce sparks. Do not store with oxidizing agents. Store, handle and use in accordance with good industrial hygiene practices when handling with chemicals.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Organisational protection measures: store, handle and use in accordance with good industrial hygiene practices when handling with chemicals. Do not eat, drink or smoke when working. After work wash your hands with warm water and soap, take a shower every day.
Hand protection: Gloves (PVC, rubber, neoprene)
Eye protection: safety glasses/face shield
Respiratory protection: avoid inhalation of dust. Dust mask recommended.
Stability and reactivity
1. Reactivity
: No dangerous reaction in the normal conditions of use.
2. Chemical stability
: Stable under recommended storage conditions. See handling and storage section.
3. Possibility of hazardous reactions
: if in contact with strong oxidizing agents.
4. Conditions to avoid
: Avoid storage in extreme conditions of heat and temperature.
5. Incompatible materials
: Strong oxidizing agents.
6. Hazardous decomposition products: Nitrous gases
(Product not tested, results based on similar products).
Disposal considerations
Product: Incinerate or bury in a landfill site approved for hazardous waste disposal in accordance with national, provincial and local regulations.
Drums: the not contaminated ones can be reused. Not washable ones have to be eliminated so as the product.
