Description of key information

The estimated 96h-LC50 in fish is 6.03 mg/L.

The estimated 48h-LC50 in daphnia is 11.02 mg/L

The estimated 96h-EC50 in algae is 3.88 mg/L

The measured 72h-ErC50 in algae is 12 mg/L

The test substance is not toxic to inoculum.

Additional information

Based on a comparison between the estimated EC50 in algae using ECOSAR and the measured ErC50 in algae it is to be expected that the QSAR underestimates the LC50/EC50 values of the test substance. As a result, the QSAR results can be regarded as worst-case. Subsequently, the 96h-LC50 in fish will be used for classification purposes.
