Justification:

Persistence:

The registered substance is inherently biodegradable (63% in 28 days) and is therefore not considered to fulfil the criteria for P or vP in REACH (1907/2006), Annex XIII.

Bioaccumulation:

No experimental BCF is available. The partition coefficient (Log Pow) of the registered substance is 5.7 and the water solubility is 0.951 mg/l. The registered substance may therefore be B or vB in accordance with REACH (1907/2006), Annex XIII.

Toxic:

The registered substance is not classified as hazardous for human health or the aquatic environment in accordance with the Classification, Labelling, and Packaging (CLP) regulation (1272/2008). The registered substance is therefore not considered to fulfil the criteria for T in accordance with REACH (1907/2006), Annex XIII.

Likely routes of exposure:

The registered substance is only supplied to the EU market <10 tonnes/year, is not classified as hazardous to human health or the aquatic environment, and is not a PBT/vPvB substance. Modelling of the likely routes of exposure is therefore not required in accordance with REACH, Annex I, 0.6.2 & 0.6.3.
