Description of key information
Appearance
On the basis of physical observation, the appearance of test chemical was observed to be an inorganic solid in the form of white crystalline powder.
Melting point
On the basis of available data from handbooks, authoritative databases and secondary source, the melting point of test chemical was observed to be 200°C.
Boiling Point
On the basis of available data from reliable sources, it has been observed that the test chemical decomposes before boiling at temperature of 240°C.
Density
On the basis of available data from handbooks and authoritative databases, the density of test chemical was determined to be 1.634 g/cm3.
Particle size distribution
On the basis of available data,the particle size distribution of test chemical was determined by granulometric analysis with rotap sieve shaker. The particle size distribution was determined to be in the range of 150 micron to 106 micron.
Vapour pressure
On the basis of available data from modelling database, Modified Grain method was used to estimate the vapour pressure of test chemical using MPBPVP v1.43 of EPI Suite. The estimated vapour pressure of test chemical was evaluated to be 2.74E-006 Pa (2.06E-008 mm Hg) at 25°C.
Partition coefficient
The study does not need to be conducted because the substance is inorganic.
Water solubility
