Conclusions:
When applied to the skin of rabbits, tributylphosphine results in necrosis and bleeding. The substance is corrosive.
Executive summary:

Although this study lacks details for full reliability, the results show that application of the test item on rabbit skin results in browning of the skin and bleeding after a few minutes or 20h of exposure, respectively. After 8 days, the effects are not reversible. Therefore, tributylphosphine should be regarded as a Corrosive substance.
